Shrinking to make others comfortable.
Shrinking to fit into spaces that didn’t deserve me.
Shrinking because I was taught that being too bold, too brilliant, or too much would make people uncomfortable.

But let’s be clear—I was never meant to shrink.
I was built to expand. To elevate. To shift the room.

I am Ashleigh Pandora Steele—a strategist, a storyteller, a movement in motion. But before the titles and the business, before the platform and the presence, I was just a woman trying to find her way back to herself. And I did. Not all at once, but moment by moment, truth by truth.
